Each Angel and Demon have a special Weapon that represents their soul. Depending on what class of Demon you are, which shall be explained right after this, you're weapon's appearance will change. This will also vary if you are a Fallen Demon, or not. I shall use the same explanation I used in the Angel's Template here, which hopefully will help. This example should explain at least a little.
In a book I'm writing, the main character sides with Belial, Angel of Darkness. Belial (Being a Fallen Angel in my book) uses a Demonic Weapon with no name. It's just called 'Belial's Blade' because I'm lazy. It is a representation of the Angel's soul, and as such, it's appearance is black as pitch, stained with blood. A bloody ruby lies in it's shining silver hilt, stained with the blood of it's wielder. Each part of the blade represents part of his soul. The blade is black, as he is the Angel of Darkness. The blood stains are from his murderous side. The shining silver hilt is to show that he was an Angel, and the blood from the wielder's hand is to show how he has fallen. The ruby is there as the representative jewel, and shatters to reveal a True Form. This form changes depending on whether or not you've fallen. Before I get to it's description, I'm gonna re-order this so it doesn't look like a large block.

First, each Demon has a special weapon only they can use. This is called their Angelic Weapon.
Second, the Angelic/Demonic Weapon's appearance represents the soul of the wielder.
Third, a Representative Jewel is a special gem that is shattered to activate it's True Form. The True Form is the transformation of the wielder's body, and the blade.
Fourth, this transformation will show the Demon's true appearance, not the facade it wears in public. No standard human can look at a Demon's True Form, but I doubt anybody's playing a standard human.
Fifth, a Fallen Demon's True Form looks different from a Hell's Demon's True Form.
Sixth, all Demon's True Forms differ in appearance. So get to describing! This is the Angel's true looks, you can do whatever. Black leathery wings, cloven hoofs. Go nuts.

Hopefully that explains that; If it doesn't, say so, and I shall explain.

Moving on to the Demonic Classes, they're just the type of demon you are. Take a gander at Night William's application 'Pacelli, Heir of Chance.' While it isn't updated to match this newer template, it does have the Demon Class, even if it's labelled 'Type.' Pacelli is a Demon of Fortune, also known as Chance or Luck. I could only name so many Demonic Classes, so you guys can go ahead and come up with whatever. As the God of this forum, I get to be lazy.
